Built on Real Numbers, Not Promises

We started analyzing cash flow patterns in 2019 because traditional accounting software kept missing the story behind the transactions. Sometimes the best solutions come from being frustrated with what already exists.

Why We Do This Work

Back in early 2019, Siriporn Kaewmali was working with a manufacturing client in Samut Prakan who kept asking the same question every month: "Where did my money actually go?" The accounting reports showed profit, but their bank account told a different story. That gap between profitability on paper and actual cash availability became our starting point.

We spent most of 2020 building a framework that could track cash movement patterns across different business cycles. Not revolutionary stuff, just persistent attention to how money moves through a business rather than how it gets categorized. By mid-2021, we'd tested the approach with seventeen businesses in the southern region and refined it based on their feedback.

Today we work primarily with established businesses in Thailand who need deeper insight into their financial operations. Our clients typically have annual revenues between 20 and 200 million baht and are past the startup phase but dealing with growth complexity. We help them understand their cash flow patterns so they can make better decisions about expansion, inventory, and operational timing.

How We Approach Analysis

Cash flow pattern analysis with business cycle mapping

Pattern Recognition

We map your cash movements across billing cycles, payment terms, and seasonal variations. Most businesses have predictable patterns once you know where to look. We document these patterns and show you which ones create opportunity and which ones create risk.

Operational efficiency metrics and business performance indicators

Operational Efficiency

We look at how your business activities translate into financial results. This includes analyzing your working capital cycle, identifying bottlenecks in your payment processes, and finding areas where small operational changes could improve your cash position.

Decision support framework with scenario planning tools

Decision Support

When you're considering expansion, major purchases, or operational changes, we model the potential financial impact. These aren't predictions, they're scenarios based on your historical patterns that help you evaluate options with better information.

Who We Are

Our team comes from accounting, operational management, and business consulting backgrounds. We built this practice around practical financial analysis rather than advisory services because that's where we saw the biggest gap in the market.

Siriporn Kaewmali, Lead Financial Analyst

Siriporn Kaewmali

Lead Financial Analyst

Spent twelve years in operational finance before starting this practice. Still gets excited about finding patterns in monthly cash flow data.

Anya Thorstensson, Business Systems Analyst

Anya Thorstensson

Business Systems Analyst

Came from manufacturing operations management. Brings a practical perspective to how financial analysis connects with actual business operations.

Clear Communication

Financial analysis should be understandable without an accounting degree. We explain our findings in plain language and show you the actual numbers behind our observations.

Practical Focus

Every analysis we deliver includes specific observations you can act on. Theory is interesting, but you need insights that connect to your actual business decisions.

Long-term Perspective

We work best with clients who want ongoing analysis rather than one-time reports. Understanding financial patterns takes time, and the real value comes from tracking changes over multiple quarters.

Honest Limitations

We're good at analyzing historical patterns and modeling scenarios. We're not tax advisors, we don't do bookkeeping, and we won't predict market conditions. Knowing what we don't do is as important as knowing what we do well.
